Strategic Procurement: Vivek personally oversees the purchase of all raw materials. By maintaining a strict eye on the supply chain, he ensures that only the highest grade of inputs enters the OSR ecosystem, protecting the company from market volatility and sub-par quality.
Quality Control (QC) Command: Under his watch, “Quality” is not a department—it is a culture. Vivek has implemented rigorous QC protocols across all 5 units, ensuring that every metric tonne of wire drawing meets the exact specifications required by modern industry.
